We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality of care at a fair price.
We will do everything possible to help you understand the costs involved with your pet’s care, including, but not limited to:
- providing you with an estimate for every surgical or drop off appointment (we will also be happy to provide you with an estimate at any point in your pet’s inpatient OR outpatient care, please just ask!);
- providing you with a detailed, itemized invoice and discussing costs associated with treatment;
- helping you understand why certain treatments are being recommended and what costs are involved.
Please discuss any concerns you have regarding costs prior to treatment, we are happy to provide you with an estimate for costs at any point in your pet’s treatment plan (if your pet is hospitalized for surgery or a drop off appointment, please be sure to provide us with a contact number so that we may reach you to update you on any changes in your pet’s condition and estimated costs – please be aware that occasionally changes in your pet’s condition may occur which require immediate treatment without your prior approval). While we make every effort to provide you with accurate estimates, we hope you understand that they are estimates, and it can be difficult or impossible to know exactly what treatments and associated costs will be necessary in every case.
Our payment policy: we accept cash, Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express cards, and CareCredit. Payment in full is due when services are rendered. We are unfortunately unable to offer deferred payment plans (we do accept CareCredit, which offers interest-free and extended payment options). If you require an estimate for services, we will be happy to provide you with one. For patients requiring hospitalization, a deposit will be required at the time of drop off, and the full balance must be paid at discharge.
